I do miss having a proper meat vendor in my town. We had an excellent butcher in Sacramento California but nothing but grocery store butcher here in this little town.

Lol. It’s how the butcher started out over 100 years ago in Kirkoswald about ten miles south of me.

The smaller butchers are still dying out but this one has expanded
Founded just the south of where I live they have expanded into produce, have there own cafes inside and resell from other local sellers.
